Based in the mountains of Western NC, Creations Heartbeat is the shared vision of Chris Welsh and Sean Mack, offering a unique, elemental approach to sound healing.
Each journey begins with gratitude, inviting participants to connect with their heartbeat and their own inner rhythm. Guided by the sounds of breath, bells, rattles, natural items, and the frame drum, the experience fosters appreciation for all life.
The drum, humanity’s universal instrument, echoes the heartbeat we all carry within, amplifying a sense of shared connection.
More about Chris Welsh
Chris Welsh is a multi-instrumentalist and founder of the musical project Sun and Moon Dance specializing in medicinal and nordic folk music. In 2016 he experienced the death of someone close to him, and started writing music as a way to transmute the pain and grief he was feeling into something beautiful. He realized the music was affecting people in a profound way and the focus on medicinal music became a prominent part of his life. He started to study sacred sounds from around the world and different shamanic tools to incorporate into the music.
The animistic spirit carried through his music was taught to him through many years spent tending the land and to animals in the mountains of Western NC. His purpose became a life of service to the living and the dying and to use music as a tool to bring healing to those who need it.
More about Sean Mack
Sean Mack, also known as Ayan Kam, is an initiated shaman in the Spirit of Wolf tradition originating in Khakassia, Siberia. His Journey into shamanic healing began as a personal quest for healing following his military service. Through this work, he experienced profound healing and has since committed his life to helping others achieve the same, utilizing shamanic practices, sound healing, and massage therapy.
Since 2013 Sean has actively engaged in animistic traditions and focuses on fostering a community built on gratitude, unity, ancestor veneration and connection with the land.
